Made in Taiwan and raised in New York City — with pit stops in Dallas, Austin, Los Angeles, and the Midwest — D.T. “Danny” Yang is a screenwriter, prose writer, and stand-up comic. In 2025, his work placed multiple times at BlueCat, PAGE, and the Austin Film Festival, with a focus on comedy, sci-fi, and thrillers.

He created the sci-fi horror fiction podcast The Polybius Protocol and performs stand-up and improv (as “Danny”) at clubs throughout the NYC comedy scene — with the prerequisite open mics and “yes, ands” from his UCB training that go beyond acceptable human tolerances.
